What is Innovators Pathway?
Innovators Pathway is FIA’s flexible monthly membership for kids who love to build, test, code, and create.
Instead of repeating the same lesson format every week, students explore a fresh STEM theme each month through hands-on projects designed for their age group. Some months focus on coding and computational thinking. Others dive into engineering, robotics, electronics, digital fabrication, design, or science-based maker challenges.
The result: kids stay excited, build real skills, and grow real confidence.
Best of all, each class stands on its own, so families can start anytime. Stay for one month, or keep going month after month as skills stack over time.
Choose the right pathway
STEAM Explorers | Grades K–2
A playful, confidence-building track for younger makers. Students explore beginner-friendly coding, engineering, design, and invention through hands-on projects built for the way young children learn best: by doing.
Foundations | Grades 3–5
A deeper track for older elementary innovators ready for bigger challenges. Students create working games, circuits, prototypes, design projects, and engineering builds while strengthening creativity, problem-solving, and STEM confidence.

Every month brings a brand-new adventure, which keeps kids engaged and gives families flexibility to join when the timing is right.
Because each class is a complete project, students can jump in at any time and still feel successful from day one.
Pricing
Monthly Membership: $150/month
Drop-In Option: $38/session
Flexible enrollment. Join, pause, or cancel before the last day of the month for the following month. After the 1st, the current month is non-refundable because materials and staffing have already been reserved.
