Our parties are 2 hours and 15 minutes and are designed so parents can enjoy the celebration while our team leads the activities.

Birthday Party FAQ
How long are birthday parties?
Parties are 2 hours and 15 minutes.
You may also arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to decorate and set up.
How many children can attend?
Our standard birthday party setup accommodates up to 14 children, including the birthday child.
Planning something bigger? Depending on the party theme and group size, we may be able to accommodate parties of up to approximately 24-32 children with some adjustments. Contact us before booking a larger group so we can make sure we have the right space, equipment, and staffing.
Do parents need to stay?
The adult hosting the party must remain onsite throughout the celebration.
Other parents and guardians are welcome to stay as well. We have space where adults can relax, talk, and enjoy the party while our instructors lead the STEM activities.
Can we bring food and cake?
Absolutely!
Families are welcome to bring their own nut-free food, pizza, cake, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Do you have a refrigerator or freezer?
Yes. You’ll have access to a refrigerator/freezer and microwave during your party.
Do we need to bring plates and utensils?
Nope! We provide plates, napkins, and utensils for your celebration.
You are, of course, welcome to bring themed tableware or decorations if you'd like.
Can we decorate?
Yes!
You may arrive up to 30 minutes before the party to decorate and get everything ready.
Feel free to bring table decorations, balloons, banners, themed supplies, or other party décor.
Do we have to clean up?
We ask families to gather their personal belongings and decorations at the end of the party, but our team handles the general cleanup of the party space.
Will someone from Future Innovators lead the activities?
Yes! That's one of the best parts.
A Future Innovators team member will lead the STEM portion of the celebration, explain the activity, help guests along the way, and keep the experience moving.
Parents don't need to teach the activity or entertain the group.
What should guests bring?
For most parties, just bring yourselves!
If anything special is required for your selected theme, we'll let you know before your celebration.
Can siblings participate?
Yes! Siblings who fall within the recommended age range for the selected party are welcome to participate and should be included in your guest count.
Younger siblings are also welcome to attend. While the main party activity may not be appropriate for them, we have a selection of STEAM toys and building materials they can enjoy during the celebration, including LEGO® bricks, Magna-Tiles®, marble runs, and other age-appropriate activities.
An adult should remain with younger children while they play.
Can we customize the party?
Sometimes!
Our party experiences have a planned structure so we can make sure everything runs smoothly, but if your child has a particular interest, idea, or request, let us know.
We can't promise every customization will be possible, but we'll always see what we can reasonably accommodate.
What happens after I book?
Once your party is booked, you'll receive confirmation of your reservation.
As the party approaches, we'll send additional information about your celebration, including what to expect, arrival/setup information, and the general schedule for your selected party experience.
If your guest count changes or there's anything our instructors should know about the birthday child or their guests, just let us know.
